A family owned and run business that has been established for over 75 years. We are a community insurance broker. Both as an independent member of The Broker Network Ltd and of British Institute of Insurance Brokers (BIBA) we offer access to a wide range of exclusive, bespoke and/or limited access insurance schemes, facilities and products. We have created innovative workflows that match our service standards (which were in response to client needs) and bring structure and consistency to our handling of new business; mid term adjustments; (pre) renewal; claims. To enable us to tailor, manage and maintain our service standards we have segmented our clientbase according to the nature of the clients needs: Personal; Business; Commercial; Corporate. Each segment is serviced by its own team. Each team is structured to provide a level of consistency and expertise whether dealing with: administration and documentation; broking and negotiation; relationship and service. We have assessed and aligned our service and distribution channels. As a result we have also created our own "network proposition" the Professional Introducer Network which has been designed with the intention of working in partnership with other professional firms, predominantly legal, accountancy and reputable financial advisors to offer them and their clients the benefits of our bespoke services and products.
